Important Information for the Day of Your Appointment
We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure smooth check-in and to enjoy your full treatment duration.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened depending on the reservation schedule for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that for safety reasons, guests who arrive in a state of heavy intoxication will be refused treatment, and it will be considered a same-day cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible service for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy.
For same-day reservations, your appointment is confirmed at the moment you click the "Reserve" button. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellation Fees:

Same-day cancellation: ¥5,000

Cancellation after the scheduled start time: 100% of the treatment fee
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, future reservations may not be accepted.
If you arrive 20 minutes or more past your scheduled time without contacting us, your session may be treated as a cancellation.
