A1. Treatments are provided in quiet and secure private rooms located in the Kabukicho and Okubo areas of Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Q2. Can I book a session even if I'm not confident?

A2. Absolutely. We warmly welcome all guests and focus on your desire for healing, not your appearance. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities.

Q3. Are there any optional services available?

A3. Yes. Optional services are available from ¥5,000 such as staff being off dressed and etc.
Please feel free to ask the staff for details. We're happy to accommodate your requests and preferences to make your experience as comfortable as possible. *Optional service can only be added on Ultimate Course.

Q4. Can I extend my session?

A4. Yes, extensions are available at ¥5,000 per additional 30 minutes for ultimate course only.
Please let your therapist know directly if you'd like to extend your session.

Q5. What course do you recommend?

A5. We highly recommend the Premium 90-minute course, which offers deep relaxation and a high level of satisfaction.

Q6. Can I visit without a reservation?

A6. Our services are available by appointment only.
Please contact us in advance by message or phone to schedule your session. You can also book through our website's inquiry form.
Same-day bookings are possible, depending on availability.

A7. Yes, you can pay by credit card or apple pay.
Please note that a 15% service tax fee will be added for credit card payments.

Guests We May Not Be Able to Serve

For safety and health reasons, we are unable to provide services to the following individuals:

• Those under 18 years old or elderly

• Individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

• Those with a fever or cold symptoms

• Individuals with diabetes or gout

• Those with hernia, osteoporosis, or other bone disorders

• Individuals with heart conditions such as myocardial infarction

• Those with congenital disorders such as brain tumors or cerebrovascular disease

• Individuals with contagious conditions, severe athlete's foot, or warts
